When you need to turn off your water service, and your customer valve (on your side of the meter) is in operative or non-existent, you should call our office to request turn off of VRWD valve (on our side of the meter). There is no charge for this service.

If you or your agent as defined above, damage our valve or equipment we must charge you for replacement or repair. We will respond to non-emergency calls Monday through Friday (except observed holidays) between 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. as quickly as a technician is available or by appointment. We will respond promptly to requests when there is substantial water loss (emergencies) 24 hours a day at no charge to customers.
