Sign up Requirements


You may call the office to obtain a water service application or email Emily Arnbrister. New water district customers have 10 days to return the application with verified credit. If you do not come in to sign up after 10 days we will post a reminder at your residence to contact the office. If the application is not received after the notice your water service is subject to disconnection for failure to sign up. If your water service is disconnected you will be required to pay a $50 reconnect fee to have it reconnected.


If you are renting and are required to place the water account into your name you will need to have your landlord or manager call the district office and verify you are the new tenant and are authorized to put the water service in your name.

New Owner

You will need to submit proof of ownership to establish service this can be done by submitting a copy of the closing statement or Grant Deed.

To verify credit

To verify credit worthiness you are required to provide one of the following:

  1. Pay $120 Deposit (credited to customer account after 18 on time payments), or
  2. Show a valid major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American express), it will not be charged and we do not make a copy, or
  3. Recent statement from a water agency that will verify your credit.

New Water Service

If you need a new water service for a vacant lot or the addition of second dwelling on your property you will need to fill out an Application for water service. You will be required to show the estimated water demand for the property you are applying for. You can obtain this information from your Architect or Engineer.
